Alli Vainshtein: Customer Service and Empathetic Listener Alli has a rare gift: she brings out the best in people. With a keen eye for detail and a deep insight into individuals, she can recognize and encourage people's gifts and talents.  She is a teacher who uses her inspirational energy to help people focus on their dreams and follow them to success. One could say that Alli is a catalyst that encourages people towards their highest potential. Alli has a Master's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Leadership and Organizational Management. She is also a Reiki Level II practitioner and an ordained minister. Aside from working at Monarch, she teaches classes at Riverland Community College, as well as doing accounting consultations on a freelance basis. At Monarch, Alli is one of the newest employees who does a wonderful job helping customers to find their heart's desire. Alli lives in Northfield with her husband, Igal, and their orange cat Pooh. She enjoys traveling and loves to learn all about computers and new technology. In her spare time, she likes to watch Bollywood movies, write, draw, paint, sing, play piano, and read.
