About Angel Portraits An angel portrait is an intuitive
painting of your guardian angel created by a professional artist and intuitive. The angel portrait process encourages
you to connect with the angel energy that is always present in your life. Each painting includes your angel’s name and
a special message from your angel guide. About Free Angel Talk Do you believe in angels? All are welcome for this free public talk with Angel Artist and Intuitive Paulette Salo.
She will share the history of angels in her life--why she began painting them, what messages they have for her, and how angel
guides play important roles in our lives. She will also share insights from her book Talking
With Your Angels - The Easy Way - as well as the wonderful, true stories behind the angel portraits she has created.
Participants are invited to share their own angel stories during this one hour talk! About
the artist Art has played a major role in Paulette's
life for over 40 years. She began painting professionally and exhibiting at art shows in 1964.
She has owned two art galleries for two decades, exhibiting her own artwork and the work of other
artists. Since 1994, she has focused souly on commissioned paintings and murals. She travels to
other states across the country to paint murals and paintings for individuals, architects
and designers. For the last eight years, she has painted angels - her own interpretation of the angels
of peace, love, hope, happiness, joy, compassion, protection and healing and, also, personal
guardian angels.
Paulette intuitively paints angels for children in hospitals
with life-threatening illnesses as they often talk with their angels and know what they look
like. She also teaches art and painted guardian angels for children at Camp Jordana, the
Mayo Clinic camp for cancer kids. She paints angels for everyone when asked.
Another specialty is her unique pet portraits. She captures the personality and spirit
of each animal, be it dog, cat, horse or bird. The client often will have the background to include
their home, the yard or something special to the pet - such as their favorite toy.
Her murals are well known in the Midwest as she has been featured numerous
times in the Minneapolis and St. Paul newspapers. She is unique in that she does not have to sketch her
murals before she begins. She just walks up to wall and paints. Often there
is a great deal of research for the subject matter, but the actual mural is painted freely. Her mural paintings
were recently featured in the Minneapolis Star Tribune’s Home & Garden Section. Paulette began by painting guardian angels for veterans returning from war and for terminally ill children in hospitals
and cancer centers and has now painted over 2000 angels for people all across the country for over eight years.
