Global Somatics™ Energy Work Sessions take you on a journey through the sacred sites of your body. Using techniques from Developmental Movement Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Massage, Rolfing and Energy Healing, Shari Setchell will work with your physical and emotional energy to help release blockages and restore calm, peace and healing to your body. About the Facilitator Shari Setchell, GSP, ACBT is a ballet instructor, choreographer and graduate of the Global Somatics™ Practitioner training. She provides customized bodywork sessions that include hands-on work in the different systems of the body, using different techniques taken from many bodywork modalities. In session work, she listens deeply to and witnesses the client to craft a session based on the client’s needs and desires.
