About the facilitator

Marina Brown has a background in History and Education and loves to introduce people to the many benefits of meditation.  Her open and accepting nature allows her to bring a warm and inviting atmosphere each and every week.  She sees the gift of meditation as a chance to listen to and understand ourselves on a deeper level, so that we can find ways to a more fulfilling and happy existence.  Marina has worked at Monarch for two years.  She has a creative spirit and loves art, quizzes, the Black Sea, Astor Piazzolla and good food.
