Shelly Olson: Customer Service, Number Cruncher, and Harley Rider Even on a warm summer day, Shelly stands out as one of the sun's brightest rays. Open-minded and free-spirited, she sees the best in everyone and makes them all feel quite welcome at Monarch. With a sharp mind and incredible organizational skills, Shelly is very efficient at managing much of the office work at Monarch. She loves helping customers in the store, and her infectious smile seems to spread to them from just being around her. One of Monarch's long time employees, she has been working here for 5 years now. She also works at Harley Davidson. Shelly believes that the world is a precious place, which is one reason she finds working at Monarch so rewarding. The many inspirational treasures in the store speak the message of kindness, love, trust, and friendship that are such a big part of who Shelly is. As someone who truly appreciates the many gifts that life has to offer, Shelly is someone who is able to make the best out of any situation, and definitely likes to have fun! She balances her adventurous nature with some quality peaceful time as well. Some days she can be seen enjoying the lovely Minnesota scenery from the backseat of a motorcycle.
